Kodaikanal is a charming hill station located in the Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu, India. Perched at an altitude of about 2,000 meters (6,600 feet) above sea level, it is known for its cool climate, lush greenery, and breathtaking landscapes. Often referred to as the "Princess of Hill Stations," Kodaikanal offers a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The town is characterized by dense forests, meandering roads, and a serene lake at its center called Kodaikanal Lake. Visitors can enjoy boat rides on the lake or take a leisurely stroll along the Coaker's Walk for panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The region is dotted with scenic spots like Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls, and the serene Bryant Park.

Vattakanal, also known as the "Little Israel of India," is a serene hill station located near Kodaikanal in the Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu. One popular trek in the Vattakanal region is the Vattakanal Hidden Valley Trek.

Hyderabad to Coimbatore by Train (Day 1)

We will board train at 6 AM from Kachiguda station.

Kodaikanal Sightseeing (Day 2)

Start our journey early from Coimbatore to Kodaikanal (approximately 4-5 hours by road).
Visit Coaker's Walk for panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
Explore the Kodaikanal Lake, enjoy a boat ride, and stroll along the promenade.
Head to Bryant Park for a peaceful evening amidst beautiful flowers and landscapes.

Vattakanal Trek (Day 3)

Check-out from our hotel in Kodaikanal and Visit Dolphin's Nose for breathtaking views.
We will start our trek. It's around a 10-kilometer descending trek. Usually takes 4 to 6 hours depending on team speed.  The Vattakanal Hidden Valley Trek is a moderate trek that takes you through lush green landscapes, dense forests, and small villages. The trek starts from Vattakanal and meanders through picturesque terrain with stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

Explore Vattakanal & Return (Day 4)

Check-out from the campsite and go for Vattakanal exploration. 
If time allows, visit the Guna Caves or Berijam Lake.
Drive back to Coimbatore and board the train to Hyderabad. 

Arrival at Hyderabad (Day 5)
We will reach Hyderabad around 8 PM on this day.
