Long Weekend Cancellation Policy

1. Token amount is non-refundable/ non-transferable once paid.

2. Cancellation/s 30 days prior to the start date of the trip:

(If you’ve paid full amount)

GoAdventure shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the balance amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by GoAdventure over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.

3. Cancellation/s 15-29 days prior to the start date of the trip:

(If you’ve paid full amount)

50% of the balance amount will be charged as cancellation fees; remaining will be refunded.

4. Cancellation/s 0-14 days prior to the start date of the trip:

100% of the balance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

5. In case of factors beyond human control namely: weather calamities, government restrictions etc., certain route/s or activities may be changed/ cancelled and in such cases, GoAdventure will try their best to provide an alternate feasible route/ activity. However, no refund shall be provided for the same.

6. After cancellation it normally takes 7-10 working days to process the refund.

7. If GoAdventure cancels the trip, we shall refund the entire amount (including token amount) without including GST.

Weekend Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your trip with us, you must notify us at the earliest via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your notice, the cancellation process with take upshot.

1. 15 days prior to the event date:

Cancellation charges - 0%

GoAdventure shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the balance amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by GoAdventure over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.

2. 05-14 days Prior to the event date:

Cancellation charges - 50%

GoAdventure shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the 50% amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by GoAdventure over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.
