Kasol is a hamlet in the district Kullu of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River, on the way between Bhuntar and Manikaran. It is located 30 km from Bhuntar and 3.5 km from Manikaran.
Kheerganga is located deep in Parvati Valley at an altitude of 9700ft.
The trek starts from multiple places like Nakthan and Rudranag (13Kms)Kalga (15Kms) & Tosh.
Kheerganga is a perfect treat to passionate trekkers and nature lovers who are always on the lookout for adventures.
The entire route passes through the woods, the lush green and dense forests, quaint valleys, and a natural hot water spring.

Day 1: Delhi to Manali
Day 2: Manali Local Sightseeing
Day 3: Manali - Solang Valley - Atal Tunnel - Sissu Waterfalls - Manali
Day 4: Manali to Kasol

Day 6: Kheerganga to Kasol and Board Delhi Bus
Day 1: Delhi to Manali
- Reach Delhi
- Report at Majnu Ka Tila in Delhi by 5 PM for overnight journey to Manali.
Day 2: Manali Local Sightseeing
- Reach Manali in the morning.
- After Freshening up in the stay we will leave for Local sightseeing.

Day 3: Manali - Solang Valley - Atal Tunnel
- After a lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards Solang valley.
- Solang Valley is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Himachal Pradesh.
We will stop here for the adventure activities like ATV Ride, Rope Way, Zorbing, Skiing, Paragliding, Yak Ride & play in the snow, etc. - Visit the world's engineering marvel - Atal Tunnel
- Visit Sissu Waterfall
- Stay: Stay: Manali (Hotel - 3 Sharing)
Day 4: Manali - Kasol - Manikaran
- Start your journey towards Kasol
- Reach Kasol and explore local markets & cafes around.
- Visit Manikaran which is 4kms from Kasol. Visit Gurudwara and ancient Hindu temples
- Take a dip Hot Sulphur springs are one of the most popular things to do in Manikaran.
- Stay: Kasol (Hotel - 3 Sharing)
Day 5: Kheerganga Trek
- Start early in the morning from the stay.
We will start our hike from Barshaini. - After crossing a few cafes and dhabas entire trail covers with beautiful pine trees.
- After a 40-50Mins trek, we need to cross a small stream. To cross the stream we will be using Log Bridge.
- The whole trail we will be walking through a forest trail with the pretty wildflowers and the humongous oaks and deodars all the views will astonish you.
- Around 5-6Kms into the trek, we will be reaching a huge waterfall.
- After crossing the waterfall the trail becomes a little steep and leads you to the Kheerganga campsite.
- After leaving the luggage in camps get into Hot Spring and relax.
- Have dinner and rest for the day.

Day 6: Departure to Delhi
- Start early in the morning and head towards Barshaini.
- Reach Kasol by evening and board a bus to Delhi.
