Arriving in Hampi in the morning, we will check into our homestay to freshen up and prepare for our first day of exploration.
The day begins with visits to Vijaya Vittala Temple, King’s Balance, and Purandara Mantapa, setting the tone for a journey through Hampi’s iconic heritage.
In the afternoon, you continue to explore the monumental sites, including Kadalekalu Ganesha, Saasivekaalu Ganesha, Shri Krishna Temple, Badavilinga Temple, and Lakshmi Narasimha Statue.
We’ll enjoy a delicious South Indian lunch served in an open area near the monuments, surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful banana plantation backdrop.
As evening approaches, you visit Virupaksha Temple, surrounded by local markets and vibrant energy.
For those wishing to catch a spectacular sunset, a short walk to Hemkuta Hill Temples offers panoramic views over the boulder-strewn landscape.
After a full day of sightseeing, return to the homestay for an overnight stay in Hampi.
The day starts early with a sunrise trek to Anjanadri Hill, offering breathtaking views of the Tungabhadra River and the surrounding valleys.
Returning to your homestay for breakfast, post freshup and checkout, you set out to explore the royal enclosures and riverside monuments of Hampi.
Nest itinerary includes visits to the Underground Shiva Temple, Hazara Rama Temple, Underground Secret Chamber, Pushkarini Kola, Queen’s Bath, Zanana Enclosure, Mahanavami Dibba, Lotus Mahal, Watch Tower, and Elephant Stables.
After a brief break, you continue to Sanapur Lake, for a traditional coracle ride.
By evening, you depart Hampi for the journey back to Hyderabad, reflecting on two days immersed in history, architecture, culture, and natural beauty.
