The trek is a 16 km long trek, where you can not only enjoy the scenaries and view points, but also can feel the sight of Waterfalls. River Ulhasnagar streams it’s water droplets from the gaps of the mountains and hills.

The fort is at an elevation of 2750 ft. Kondhana Caves can be found as a special attraction. Rajmachi consists of 2 forts, Shivadharan and Manaranjan. So, all the brave folks, trek lovers and mountain climbers will explore the heritage of these historical forts of Maharashtra.

The architecture, the breeze touching your skin, the greenery, the valleys, beautiful waterfalls, structured caves, lush green mountains, all these make you forget your past and future and make sure you live in the present and live for the moment.

The best time to visit Rajmachi is from June to November. During monsoon, it is a bit difficult. Therefore, winter is the best time, as it has the best weather, easy to walk and trek conveniently.

Lohagad Fort

Lohagad is an ideal trek for beginners, as it is rated as one of the easiest treks. The route for this trek is very easy and comfortable even when it rains. If any one want to trek for the first time, witha good trek satisfaction, then this is the best place to trek. The lush green mountains, cool breeze, panaromic view, scenaries, all these make the trek even more fantastic. Most beautiful place to explore and experience the sight of several waterfalls too.

This fort is one of the ancient forts of Maharashtra, situated close to the hills. The geography of the fort is unique. It rises to an elevation of 3,389 ft above sea level. The range of this fort divides and branches the plummets of Indrayani river and panina lake. During monsoons, the fort top is covered by fog, mist and clouds and becomes moist and wet, making the land slippery to trek.
