Goa is synonymous with Silver sands, sparkling blue waters, the sky mirroring the sea below, white churches resting against green paddy fields and coconut trees lining the coastal streets. Goa - a place you can fall in love with at first glance. Set along the cerulean spread of the Arabian Sea this tropical haven is the most preferred holiday destination in the country.
Popular for its sea shores, Goa is the smallest state in India as far as region, yet a gigantic supporter of the economy through travel industry. Panaji is the capital of Goa. Goa Tourism is viewed as the significant help to Goa's economy. At the point when in India's daylight state, be ready to fall head over heels for sandy sea shores, palm-bordered shores and ocean front Portuguese cabins. Goa won't ever neglect to allure you with its scenes sprinkled with paddy fields, coconut forests, blustery bluffs and riverside strongholds. While the southern piece of the state is a safe house for travelers looking for calm days spent by the quiet shoreline, Goa the travel industry in the north is known principally due to its clamoring shacks and unbelievable nightlife.
From the umpteen number of spots to visit in Goa, a not many that most certainly ought not be missed are the Fontainhas - India's just existing Latin quarters, the seventeenth exceptionally old Bom Jesus Basilica; to delight in a little bohemian soul, the lively Wednesday swap meet at Anjuna Beach, and Dudhsagar - quite possibly of India's most noteworthy cascade. Yet, in the event that you're here essentially to loosen up, there's no lack of things to appreciate. Beginning with detecting a dolphin or two at the Palolem ocean side, wondering about the regularly sublime nightfalls at Chapora fort, going for relaxed walks through the overgrown remains of St. Augustine in Old Goa or basically absorbing the pungent tropical breeze with platefuls of spread garlic prawns and a couple of such a large number of rum and cokes, with a side of jazz and Konkani music.
Dudhsagar Falls is one of the gorgeous flowy waterfalls where you can hear the roar of the water, gushing through the slope of the mountains. This fall is one of the tallest waterfall in India which is 310 Mts long. As the water gushes from the high altitude, one can witness a beautiful view which would always be registered. This huge gush, gives the viewers the illusion of a subtle milky white colour water falling from the great height. That is why the falls is named as Dudhsagar Falls. Mandori the main river of Goa originates from the Deccan Plateau winds, finds its way through the narrow streams and turns of the western ghats.
As the river streams its way along the border of karnataka and goa, it then transforms and moulds itself to Dudhsagar waterfalls. In the past few years, these falls became even more popular and came into existence as many people are preferring as a weekend getaway from different cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune etc. The season starting from June is the best period as the falls look more gorgeous in the monsoon.
